I have known her for almost 10 years and can say without reservation that she is an exceptionally calm, thoughtful, well-balanced, intelligent and mature young woman. Her patience, excellent work ethic and strong sense of values enhance the wonderful massage work she performs.

A natural lifelong learner, she is always reading, enrolling in classes/workshops and enhancing her skills and knowledge through professional development and research. Having had the benefit of receiving her healing massages for many years now, I have personally experienced the growth of her practice and skills.

Tessa has worked out knots in my tight muscles, assisted me with stress reduction efforts and helped to work out the muscular issues that I have been developing in response to the beginning of arthritis in my hands and feet. The massage work she has performed has helped to work out the kinks and the tension that has been dormant in my muscles and helped me to heal and to relax, preventing injuries that it seemed were about to occur.

Over the last year I have seen Tessa monthly and it has been an essential element in my health regime, combined with regular yoga and pilates to stretch out my facial sheathing and keep my joints and limbs functioning smoothly. I highly recommend her and have done so to a number of friends. She is an amazing massage therapist as well as a wonderful human being."
